Mosaique Journeys ("we", "us") designs private tours of Uzbekistan and the Silk Road. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

• Trip enquiries: the name, email address, and trip details (dates, number of travellers, destinations, message) you submit through our enquiry form.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Guest reviews: the name and review text you choose to publish.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and plan your trip.
• To send occasional travel inspiration and offers (newsletter only — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To display guest reviews, with your consent.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Access is restricted to Mosaique Journeys staff. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own security and data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to plan and deliver your trip and for reasonable follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mosaiquejourneys.com.
